Distillery Edition Seven <br> Tropical Refill
Our Distillery Editions allow us to showcase some of the more unusual and unique aspects of our whisky-making, and this release is no different. Distillery Edition 7 is distilled in our unique Straight Neck stills using 100% unpeated malted barley, taken at a wide cut point, and uses Chardonnay wine yeast during fermentation, amplifying the tropical fruit notes created during distillation.
The whisky is then matured for 12 years in refill Bourbon barrels, creating a vibrant single malt rich in tropical flavours, with notes of pineapple, coconut, and a hint of lime.
